CNPC Dalian Branch 30,000 tons / day Reclaimed Water Reuse Plant Profile

The reclaimed water reuse equipment of China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Branch Company is built with deep purification membrane treatment technology, using the secondary biological-treated wastewater which meets the discharge standards from Dalian Chunliu River Sewage Treatment Work. 

The planning project construction scale is to produce water 30 000 m3 / h with implementationin several phases. The construction scale of Phase I is 10,000 m3 / d (5000m3 /d circulating cooling water, 5000 m3 / d first class desalinated water). The entire device consists of recycled water, desalinated water, supporting facilities and six units including storage tank area, biochemical unit, air filtration unit, ultra filtration unit, two-stage reverse osmosis unit, and vacuum de-gassing unit.

The project uses Dalian urban recycled water as the source water, using fixed bed / moving bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) + Dissolved Air Flotation and Filtration (DAFF) + filtration +disinfection + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis RO1+ reverse osmosis RO2+vacuum de-gassing process to produce industrial first-class desalted water and circulating cooling make-up water for the use of 20 million tons / yearrefinery use in China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Branch Company.
